Trouble Shooting

  • Once the firmware is upgraded, users might run into the following issues:

Issue 1

  • Loader Logo does not show properly

Issue 2

  • The GUI is shown partially

How to solve them

  • Once users run into one of these issues, please make sure that your ADE project’s resolution is the same as that of your purchased product. and change your project’s resolution setting accordingly.
